The helipad is a very large flat grass surface marked clearly with an ‘H’ set in front of waterworks and large barn. Waterworks easily recognised from the air as sand filtered beds set in a square of conifers. Windsock displayed N of the ‘H’. Regular military training activity down centre of lake. Emergency services radio mast N of ‘H’.
