Sandwiches served on hand cut granery or white bread with dressed leaves & hand cut chips, Chicken & bacon Caesar salad, Potted chicken liver & whiskey pate served with thick hand cut granery toast, Hot boxed camembert served with crusty bread, Sun blushed tomato, roasted pepper & olive tartlet glazed with pant ys gawn goats cheese. If you are looking for something a little more substantial why not try our Ribeye, Rump or Sirlion steak served with hand cut chips, Confit shoulder of Welsh lamb wrapped in Carmarthen ham served with mashed potato spiced red cabbage & rosemary gravy, Trio of local sausages served with mashed potato & onion gravy, Pan fried sea bass thym roasted potatoes rocket & sauce vierge, Mixed vegetable & lentil daal with rice & naan bread; with many more dishes avaialable. Follow this with home-made apple and sultana crumble served with ice cream, custard or fresh cream, Fresh fruit salad & fresh cream, Milk choclate mousse, toasted hazelnuts & chantilly cream, a selection of ice creams; complete your meal with a selection of Welsh farmhouse cheeses, served with chutney, celery and crackers to finish.
