This is David's fourth head chef position. He's been cooking fine food and developing a keen young brigade in our kitchens since spring 2005.

Ann Villiers, conference events manager

Ann joined the event's team in Autumn 2007, after moving back to the local area to live.

Amy Cross, wedding events manager
