Spa etiquette

Day Spa etiquette: a few important points to help make your experience as enjoyable as possible


  • We recommend that you contact the Spa direct to book your treatments in advance to avoid disappointment

  • We aks guests to wear swimwear throughout your time in the thermal suite. We will provide you with dressing gowns, slippers and towels.

  • Please arrive fifteen minutes prior to your treatment time in preparation for your treatment 

  • We have lockers available in the spa changing rooms for your use during your visit, they require no money.

  • For your comfort, we advise that waxing treatments not be performed within 24 hours before or after Spa visits.

  • Unfortunately late arrival will result in your treatment time being reduced

If you are booking day packages, we will require credit / debit card details to confirm the booking. 

Cancellation policy: As a courtesy to other guests and our therapists, we require 24 hours notice of cancellation. Please note that less than 24 hours notice of cancellation or failure to attend a treatment will result in a full charge of the treatment.
