A success!
Having now returned from Deepest Wales (That's how it felt for me!) I wanted to thank you, Victoria and all the Hotel staff for making us feel so welcome over the 2 day event at your Hotel.
All of the staff we came into contact with were extremely helpful, and made the whole two days a success. When I asked for assistance in making a makeshift sheep pen in your grounds, your team didn't bat an eyelid, and arranged for me to meet John on the helipad. The next day we had a sheep pen erected, and using the whistles you sourced, we undertook a valuable lesson in communication; this would not of been possible without the staff "going the extra mile" in terms of customer service; they are a credit to your Hotel. Everyone enjoyed the two days, and are asking when they can go back!
I would have NO hesitation in recommending your facilities to other parts of our Business who are thinking of holding a similar event; thank you again.
