There are over 50 staff working at Lake Vyrnwy Hotel and sporting estate, including a community of over 20 living on site.
The core of the team come from the local village and surrounding area but many also join us from further afield. Some have been here for over 30 years.
In 2003 we built a new staff accommodation block providing double and single ensuite bedsits. Although Lake Vyrnwy is fairly remote, it’s a splendid place to live, and staff have access to a complete range of activities.
They are very welcome to—and often do—meet in the Tavern bar.
Personal development is important: Over 20 of the staff are presently undergoing recognised company-sponsored training.
