We ask that all mobile phones are turned off on entry to the spa or left in your room.
Arrival at Lake Vyrnwy Spa
Please come down to the spa in your robe from your room ready for your treatment. If you are not staying with us, we will guide you to the treatment room to change. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment time.
Please note that late arrival may result in treatment time being changed accordingly.
Preparation
We strongly recommend that you drink plenty of fluids during your visit to the spa. Water fountain can be found in the Spa area and Spa reception. We advise against the consumption of alcohol prior to and during your visit to the spa and recommend plenty of fluids after any treatment or thermal suite use. Smoking is not allowed on the terrace within the Spa.
Attire
For treatments it is quite normal to wear underwear, we can provide disposable briefs if you prefer. Please do not worry, your modesty will be protected by our expert therapists at all times.
Valuables
We ask that you do not wear jewellery whilst you are in the thermal suite or having a spa treatment. Instead, we advise that you leave valuables in your room. Lake Vyrnwy Spa accepts no responsibility for loss of valuables and jewellery at any time on spa premises.
Cancellations
As a courtesy to other guests please allow a 24 hour notice period when cancelling appointments.
As you will understand, appointments cancelled within the final 24 hours will carry a 50% treatment charge, any appointments missed will incur a full charge of the treatment.
Special Consideration
Please notify our Lake Vyrnwy Spa staff if you are pregnant or have any medical conditions as some of our treatments may not be suitable. Our therapists will be happy to discuss special requirements and advise on the most suitable treatments for you.
Homecare
To continue your Spa Experience at home, most products used in our treatments are available at the Lake Vyrnwy Spa reception.
