Wedding & Events Co-ordinator  - Full Time – Permanent – Competitive Salary

Lake Vyrnwy Hotel & Spa is a privately-owned high-profile Welsh 4 Star Country House hotel with 52 rooms, two extremely busy Restaurants and AA Rosette.  

Our stunning views overlooking Lake Vyrnwy, acres of unspoilt countryside and luxury four-star accommodation make us one of the most unique and finest event venues in Wales. 

We proudly host a large variety of special occasions such as weddings, corporate events, celebrations etc.  Dedicated to bringing all events to life, the Wedding & Events Co-ordinator works closely with the operations team ensuring all events are planned, coordinated and executed, whilst also delivering the highest standards of customer service across all aspects of the organisational process.  

Previous experience of an event delivery environment is preferred, as well exceptional attention to detail and great organisational skills. 

The Co-ordinator is often the first point of contact with potential clients so therefore applicants should have a positive outlook, a warm and engaging personality and immaculate presentation.  First-class communication skills and customer service experience are also a must.

This is a permanent, full time role, working 5 days out of 7, including weekends. You will be expected to be on hand at the events so hours may vary.
